So you are thinking of starting Semen Retention (SR) and NoFap?

1. Well, first thing you need to understand is that Semen retention and NoFap aren’t the same thing.
Semen retention is the practice of avoiding ejaculation. You can do this by abstaining from sexual activity altogether, of course. Or you can learn how to orgasm without ejaculating. While NoFap’s main purpose is the aversion from pornography while for Semen Retention, it is about using preserving and using the life force energy aka jing to transmute and manifest purpose and dreams. NoFap and Semen Retention both share the goal of the preservation of semen – with NoFappers preserving because of porn addiction while retainers preserve due to life energy conservation. They share the same objective of preservation but have different starting points and paths. The end goal inevitably is the betterment of one’s life.

2. Be aware that this isn’t a sprint but a marathon.
Many people fail their 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th and umpteenth time they try Semen Retention and NoFap. The key idea though is to not give up. You can try and fail as many times as possible but don’t give up. It only takes that final time to succeed. Furthermore, don’t count days. What’s the point? Why should you stop counting days? Let me ask you something. Why do you count the days in the first place? What difference does it make, if you really quit? You didn’t quit, you just count the days until your next “relapse” (aka excuse) so you can say how many days you got to.

Let me put it to you this way. If you are not a smoker, you never smoked before and have no intention of smoking, you wouldn’t count the days you didn’t smoke. Why would you, it doesn’t make sense! If you quit PMO, it’s because your values changed. What I mean is YOU changed. The habit just went with it, so you don’t need to count. You are simply not focused on PMO anymore and you are thinking about other things in life.

3. Create a GAMEPLAN.
You can’t succeed without a plan. Create a plan for each day, each week, each month and each year. Now, I did say to stop counting days and for some this seems contradictory. BUT, creating a plan is vastly different from counting days. When you count days; it is the equivalent of having one foot in and one foot out. But, when you create a plan, you are planning to fully exit and that is the point. You plan to QUIT and then you QUIT. That’s the whole point of the plan.

4. Stay Motivated.
Getting and staying motivated can provide you the mental fortitude and strength to fight and achieve something in your life.
